I listen to podcasts mostly. Sometimes audiobooks. I can’t watch videos. I know a lot of people watch Netflix, etc, but it distracts me to have to look at the screen. I can’t hear the podcasts over the motor on my mid-arm, so for that I like music. Usually lite rock from the 70’s. Nothing like old Elton John to free motion by.

Colleen, Videos and sewing are a terrible mix for me too. I love rock from the 70s and 80s . If I am piecing I can listen to Hair bands from the 80s.
